Effective May 1, 2026.

Article 1 β€” Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all transactions between Empovella and any adult customer ("Customer") via empovella.com ("the Site"), operated by Empovella ("we", "the brand"), based in San Francisco, California, United States.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Article 3 β€” Products

Each product page describes the essential characteristics (materials, sizes, colors, care). Photographs are as faithful as possible; slight color variations may occur depending on your screen.

Products are offered subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, you will be notified by email and fully refunded.

Article 4 β€” Prices

Prices are displayed in USD or in your regional currency, based on your selection. They include applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees and import duties / local taxes (Customer's responsibility for orders shipped outside the United States).

Empovella reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in effect at order validation.

Article 5 β€” Order

To place an order, select your products, review your cart, fill in your details, and proceed to secure checkout. A confirmation email will be sent to you. The sale is only concluded upon payment receipt.

Article 6 β€” Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Your card details are never stored by Empovella.

Article 7 β€” Shipping

Shipping conditions (delivery times, rates, zones) are detailed in our Shipping Policy. In short: free shipping worldwide on orders over 80 USD, ships within 1–3 business days.

Article 8 β€” Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item with intact tags in its original packaging. Conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items (lingerie, bodysuits) may only be returned if unopened/unworn.

Article 9 β€” Warranties

Empovella warrants that its products conform to the description published on the Site. In case of defect, contact us at support@empovella.com within 14 days of delivery.

Article 10 β€” Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 β€” Customer Service

Article 12 β€” Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of San Francisco, California. For buyers residing in another country, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.

Article 13 β€” Acceptance

Placing an order on empovella.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
