Refund and Return Policy
Effective May 1, 2026.
At Empovella, we want you to wear our pieces with confidence. If something doesn't meet your expectations, here's how to proceed.
Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to send back an item.
Return Conditions
- Item unworn, unwashed, undamaged
- Tags intact
- Original packaging kept
- For intimate items (lingerie, bodysuits): only if unopened, for hygiene reasons
Final-sale items and customized pieces are not eligible for return.
Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
Return Costs
- United States: free return for any defective, damaged, or mis-shipped item.
- International: return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for our shipping errors. We recommend a tracked service.
Procedure
- Email support@empovella.com with your order number, item(s) involved, and the reason for the return.
- Our team confirms the procedure and return address within 24–48 business hours.
- Send back the item with your tracking number.
- Upon receipt and approval, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, follow the same procedure as a return. Once approved, we ship the new piece at no additional shipping cost within the United States. For international, the new piece ships free over 80 USD.
Defective or Mis-shipped Items
If you receive a defective item or we made a shipping mistake, contact us within 14 days at support@empovella.com with a photo. We cover everything — return costs included, wherever you are.
